Before making a reservation, please review our payment, cancellation, luggage, late arrival, and damage policies.
We want every guest to enjoy the kimono rental experience with confidence and without confusion on the day of the visit.
Payment
Payment is generally completed at the time of booking. If you add optional items or services on the day of your visit, additional charges may be paid at the shop.
The price shown on the booking page includes the basic items needed for kimono rental.

Weather & Schedule Changes
Kimono rental is available even on rainy days. If you need to change your reservation due to weather, transportation delays, or schedule changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes may be possible depending on availability, but we cannot guarantee same-day changes.
In case of severe weather or major transportation disruption, please contact us for guidance.
Luggage Storage
You can leave your luggage at the shop while enjoying kimono sightseeing. Suitcases can also be stored at the shop.
Please keep valuables such as passports, wallets, phones, cameras, and important documents with you.
* We are not responsible for loss or damage of valuables left in stored luggage.
Late Arrival
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the reservation schedule and shop availability, your plan, dressing time, or optional services may need to be adjusted.
For photography, rickshaw, tea ceremony, group bookings, and other time-sensitive services, late arrival may affect the experience.
Same-day time changes may be possible depending on availability, but they are not guaranteed.
Stains, Damage & Lost Items
Normal use during sightseeing is expected, and small signs of regular use are generally not a problem. However, if the kimono, accessories, or rental items are significantly stained, damaged, or lost, additional charges may apply.
Please be careful when eating, drinking, walking in the rain, or handling accessories.
If you are worried about stains or damage during your visit, please ask our staff.
