If there is availability, we may be able to accommodate last-minute reservations. However, as weekends, holidays, and the cherry blossom and autumn foliage seasons tend to be busy, we recommend making your reservation as soon as possible once your plans are finalized. Photography packages, rickshaw tours, and group bookings for 20 or more people may require advance coordination.
We may be able to accommodate changes to the date, time, number of guests, or package, depending on availability. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, we accept reservations for groups.
Our services are available for friends, couples, families, and group trips. If your group is large, please note that dressing may take longer, so we recommend booking a time slot with plenty of time to spare.
Yes, we can accommodate groups of 20 or more.
Travel agencies, school representatives, and organizers from companies or organizations are invited to contact us via our group plans page or the inquiry form.
Payment is generally required at the time of booking.
Please select your desired plan and complete the payment during the booking process. If you add hair styling or other options on the day of your appointment, you will be asked to pay for those additional services at the salon on the day of your visit.
Payment is generally made in Japanese yen.
If you plan to pay in cash, please have Japanese yen ready.
We accept payment in Japanese yen only. We do not accept foreign currencies directly. If you are visiting from abroad, please exchange your currency to Japanese yen in advance. Credit cards are also accepted for online reservations.

Yes, cancellations are allowed.
However, cancellation fees apply depending on when you cancel. If you wish to cancel, please do so as soon as possible.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
・2 days or less before the reservation date and time: 50% of the total fee ・1 day or less before the reservation date and time: 70% of the total fee ・12 hours or less before the reservation date and time: 100% of the total fee
Cancellation fees apply starting two days prior to your reservation date and time.
We charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost if canceled two days or less before the reservation, 70% if canceled one day or less before, and 100% if canceled 12 hours or less before.
If your travel plans change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Generally, kimono rentals are available even on rainy days.
However, please be careful where you step while sightseeing, as cobblestone streets and slopes can become slippery in the rain. If you have booked a photo shoot or a rickshaw tour, the itinerary may be adjusted depending on the weather.

If typhoons, heavy rain, or other conditions make it difficult to visit our store or go sightseeing safely, please contact us first.
Depending on transportation disruptions or weather conditions, we may be able to assist you with rescheduling your appointment.

Depending on our schedule for the day, we may be able to accommodate a time change. However, if you need to cancel, a cancellation fee may apply in accordance with our cancellation policy.

For couples, we recommend our Couple Plan or Photo Shoot Plan.

You can choose from options such as 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1 hour and 30 minutes, or 2 hours, depending on what you'd like to capture. We can take photos at popular spots near mimosa, including Ninenzaka, Yasaka Koshin-do, Kodaiji Temple, and the area around the Yasaka Tower.

Our staff will help you put on your kimono, so please feel free to visit even if you don't know anything about kimonos. We also have all the necessary accessories available at the store.
It typically takes about 20 minutes to put on a kimono.
However, if you include check-in, selecting a kimono, hair styling, and choosing accessories, it's best to allow 60 to 90 minutes in total. The time required may vary depending on how busy we are and the number of guests.
Yes, we offer a hair styling option (1,500 yen).
Styling your hair to complement your kimono will make you look your best in photos. We recommend this option for trips with friends, couples' photo shoots, and anniversary trips.
Depending on availability, same-day appointments may be possible.
However, we may not be able to accommodate requests during busy times. If you would like your hair styled, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
The styles available depend on your hair length.
Even if you have short hair, we'll suggest a style that complements your kimono as much as possible. If you have any concerns, please feel free to consult with us in advance.
We offer complimentary hair accessories to customers who book a hair styling service.
Even if you do not book a hair styling service, you can rent hair accessories for an additional 550 yen.
We also offer a makeup option (3,300 yen).
This is highly recommended for photo shoots or for wearing traditional Japanese attire on special occasions.
There is no need to wear special attire when visiting.
You are welcome to come in your everyday clothes. However, since you will be changing into a kimono, we recommend wearing something that is easy to take on and off.
Turtlenecks and hooded clothing can be difficult to change into. We recommend wearing simple, easy-to-put-on-and-take-off clothing whenever possible.
In winter, it's a good idea to wear a lightweight thermal undershirt for warmth.
However, wearing too many layers of thick clothing may affect the silhouette of your kimono. We recommend choosing a lightweight yet warm undershirt.
We also recommend using our optional winter shawl (880 yen).
Since Kyoto gets hot in the summer, it's important to take precautions against the heat.
Please wear breathable undergarments and stay hydrated while sightseeing. We also recommend taking breaks at cafes or in the shade rather than walking for too long.
We offer sizes ranging from kids' sizes up to 5L for both women and men, so the garments can be worn by people up to about 190 cm tall. If you are taller than that, the hem may be too short.
There are three options for returning your rental:
・Same-day return ・Next-day return ・Hotel return
Same-day returns are free of charge. Next-day returns and hotel returns incur a fee of 1,100 yen.
If you wish to return your rental the next day or have it returned to your hotel, please inform a staff member at the store on the day of rental.
If you plan to return the item on the same day, please return it by 6:00 PM.
If you wish to return the item the next day, please return it directly to the store where you rented it by 6:00 PM the following day. A fee of 1,100 yen will apply.
If you wish to return the item the next day, please let a staff member know at the store on the day of rental.
If you are returning the kimono to a hotel, please return it to the hotel front desk by the following evening. A handling fee of 1,100 yen will apply.
Please note that hotel returns are limited to hotels within Kyoto City. Please check with our staff at the store on the day of your visit to confirm whether this service is available.
If you choose the hotel return option, your luggage and change of clothes will be delivered to your hotel in the evening of the rental day or later.
If you would like to use the hotel return option, please provide our staff with the name of your hotel and the delivery address when you visit our store.
If you think you might be late returning the item, please contact the store as soon as possible.
If you return the item after the due time, additional fees may apply. Please allow plenty of time for the return so that it fits into your sightseeing plans.
Additional charges may apply if the clothing shows signs of dirt or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Please take care to keep the sleeves and hems clean while eating, on rainy days, and while traveling. If you notice any stains or damage, please inform our staff when you return the clothing.
Yes, we can store any luggage you don't need while sightseeing.
Once you've changed into your kimono, you can enjoy exploring Kyoto without having to carry your regular clothes or large luggage.
Please keep your valuables, such as your smartphone, wallet, and passport, with you at all times.
Even if you're traveling, you can leave your suitcases at our store and enjoy sightseeing in a kimono. If you have several large suitcases, we recommend contacting us in advance for peace of mind.
Yes, we will store your regular clothes at the shop after you change into your kimono.
While sightseeing, you can take only the essentials for wearing your kimono with you in the rental bag.
When you return the kimono, we will give you back the clothes we stored for you at the shop.
Please keep your valuables—such as your wallet, smartphone, passport, and credit cards—with you at all times.

It is a 5-minute walk from the "Higashiyama Yasui" and "Kiyomizu-michi" bus stops on the Kyoto City Bus line, and about a 15-minute bus ride from Kyoto Station.
Yes, you can also come by taxi.
However, the surrounding roads can get congested during the tourist season. If you have booked a photo shoot or a rickshaw tour, please allow plenty of time for your visit.
We do not have parking on-site.
